Our Mission
The mission of the Diabetes program of the East Georgia Health Cooperative, Inc. is to provide quality comprehensive diabetes self-management education focusing on day-to-day medical and diabetic management. Education provides an opportunity for those with diabetes to better manage their disease process, thereby minimizing the risk of complications and achieving an optimal health status.
